Firenzo is proudly family owned and has been run by founder Peter Hewitson since 1974. Firenzo hand-assembled woodfires are renowned for their excellent design and lasting quality. Since our fires have always been clean burning and efficient, they required no significant changes to meet the stringent new NES regulations.
